Our Next Baby ...On the Way...

soon to rise!

t'was not another baby in my tummy...giggles!...it's the construction of our much awaited "Dream Home"! yes...we're finally having it all done...there's no more turning back and we're hoping that everything will turn out well and good. We bought the lot 3 months after we finally settled back here in Manila after our contract in Bangkok ended. It's a 2-storey house with RoofDeck. Ground floor will have a guest room and a maid's room with T&B. A common T&B , cathedral ceiling with high glass sliding window (living and dining area) and my favorite space...the kitchen!...2nd floor will have 3 bedrooms (master's, girl & boys' room) 2 T&B, a family room, an open below and a balcony. "Citadella Executive Village" which is the name of the said place is only 5 minute drive from where we are staying at the moment. It has complete amenities : Tennis court, Badminton & Basketball Courts, a swimming pool, a Sauna, children's Playground and function hall at the Clubhouse. The place is nice, just quite right. Not to mention that a hospital which is the Las Pinas Doctors Hospital is just right outside, near the guard house. It is opposite the Southville Int'l School in BF... and just 10 minute drive to our kids school, Elizabeth Seton. A 15 min. drive to SM SouthMall and ATC as well as to Festival Mall. Lot measurement is 200 sqm. Construction started last Dec. 6 but the formal ground breaking was Dec 12. Hubby, our kids & I offered some flowers, alive & kicking chickens! and coins during the "buhos" on the major house structural foundations. The contractor who happens to be our wedding godparents TonTon & Marlyn, ( Anvec Construction) told us that they can finish the house in about 6 months. So...maybe sometime middle of this year, we can transfer to our own place...sweat & blood of hubby's hardworks ! hahaha...todate, the workers are on their way up to the roofdeck... they just finished concreting the 2nd floor. And though it still skeleton-looking ...I can now visualized the whole place ! and that made me more excited !hubby & I designed the whole place..so we know every corner of the house...by heart!...it really feels so good knowing that one of our biggest dream will eventually come true several months from now...wherein before , it's only a drawing and a computer file...
